About ZepInvest
Q: What is ZepInvest?
A: ZepInvest is the world’s largest collection of premium investment research. Made available through one site, one login, and at one price, members are better equipped to make sound investment decisions. The site also offers the only search engine for paid investment content.
Q: Why is the ZepInvest search engine unique?
A: People can search the free web easily, but searching paid content is impossible via traditional search engines (e.g., Yahoo!, Google). By aggregating the best premium investment research in one place, ZepInvest penetrates the Deep Web. Subscribers can now find exclusive content relevant to their financial needs.
Q: Which publications does ZepInvest include?
A: ZepInvest provides unlimited access to premium investment content from Motley Fool's Stock Advisor, Bernie Schaeffer's Option Advisor, Jim Lowell's Fidelity Sector Investor, Walter Frank's Money Letter and more than 75 other trusted publications.
Q: How do I get started with ZepInvest?
A: Sign up HERE.
Q: How is ZepInvest different from other investment sites?
A: ZepInvest houses the best premium investment research and advice under one roof. With ZepInvest, one price grants access to over 75 leading publications, empowering individual investors to access the same high quality investment research used by professionals.
Q: Who was ZepInvest created for?
A: ZepInvest is ideal for individual investors who are interested in high-quality investment research. The site provides information on everything financial, from specific stock tips to analysis of overseas markets.

How do I... (helpful tips)
Q: How do I find all the issues of a publication?
A: Click the Publication tab and browse through the list to the publication you want. Click that entry and it will take you to a page with all issues for that publication.
Q: How do I find all the publications in a given category?
A: Click the Publication tab then use the Category Filter to select one or more categories in which you're interested. When you click set it will return a list of Publications in those categories.
Q: How do I access my favorites?
A: Go to Settings / Favorites and click the Edit tab. From here you can select your favorite publications. Once selected you can create saved filter by using the My Favorites checkbox under Categories. This will cause the filter to only show your favorite publications.
Q: How do I un/bookmark a favorite issue?
A: When viewing the issue in the reader you can click the "Bookmark" link in the upper right hand corner just under the search box. You should get a confirmation message and the link should now read "UnBookmark" letting you toggle the bookmark. Going to Settings / Favorites you can see the list of Bookmarked issues. Here again you can select and unbookmark issues.
Q: How do I set up email alerts?
A: Go to Settings / Alerts. Check the boxes of the issues you're interested in. You can also click the button up top to import your Favorite issues automatically. Once you've selected the publications of interest, click the "Save" button on the bottom. Note the we provide alerts for new issues and/or updates to issues.
Q: How do I delete a saved filter?
A: Go to Settings / Saved Filters. Find the filter you want to remove and click the garbage can.
Q: What is the difference between the Issues and Publications tabs?
A: The Issues tab will show specific issues (filters by the settings on the left), and the first few lines of text (when in grid view). The Publications tab (also filtered by those settings on the left) will not show specific issues but rather the names of the publications and summary info about each publication (when in grid view).
Q: What is the Frequency setting?
A: Some issues come out daily, others weekly, still others monthly. A daily publication will post roughly twenty issues a month whereas a monthly will post just one. By allowing you to select the frequency of publication you can more easily find the less frequent publications.
Q: What is the Range setting?
A: The market moves at the speed of information. Many readers are interested in current and recent issues and not those that go back more than a few weeks or months. You can go back that far using the All option under Range, but you'll probably want to set it to a shorter timeframe. Note that if you select "All" you will get a very large result set.
Q: Why aren't the filters working?
A: Remember to click "Set" after making changes to the checkboxes in order for them to take effect.
Q: How do I get rid of the image taking up all that space?
A: Click the X in the lower right hand corner of the image. (It might get hidden under the Feedback tab, if so just resize the window.)
Known Issues
I: Printing pages x-y of an issue prints pages (x+1) - (y+1).
A: We're working on it.
I: Reset password makes me log in again.
A: When you reset your password it takes you to the Settings Profile page. This just resets it. You're not actually logged in (although it may seem like you are); you then need to actually log in.
I: I can't select previous searches from the Search bar dropdown menu.
A: Sorry about that; we've got it on our todo list.
